The Assessors Office is required by State statute 273.01 to physically review your property at least once every five years and record any changes in property characteristics since their last visit. This process is called the Quintile Review. Each property has been put into a five year cycle and can be viewed on the map below to see when the assessor will be reviewing your property. This five year review allows Scott County to have a more accurate and equitable assessment for property taxation purposes.
