Scott County has purchased a new software system to improve the hiring process for job seekers and hiring managers.  Job seekers will be able to quickly apply online to multiple open positions. The new system also allows hiring managers to create online minimum qualifications and screening criteria to sort through a pool of applicants. Employee Relations staff is getting to know the new system now and looks forward to introducing it to users.  Watch for more updates coming soon!
