Adult Mental Health
The Adult Mental Health Unit provides case management and community support services to Scott County adults with a serious and persistent mental illness. The focus of the service is to help client’s live in their communities maintaining stability and maximizing self-sufficiency.
The Adult Mental Health Unit coordinates referrals with resources such as social rehabilitation, out patient therapy, Day Treatment programs, psychiatric services, housing and vocational services. Case managers also provide on-going community support.

ANCHOR CENTER
The Anchor Center is a community support program offering social, educational and recreational activities to Scott County residents with mental health needs. The Anchor Center is located at 752 Canterbury Road South, Shakopee. Each month a news letter and calendar of events is sent out to participants. The Anchor Center offers opportunities for support, socialization and learning new skills or activities.

MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS PROGRAM
Mental Health Crisis Program provides crisis intervention to residents of Scott and Carver Counties. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Crisis Program provides telephone crisis intervention and mobile on-site response to assess and stabilize immediate crisis.
