New for 2011 - ePermitting for Transportation/Moving and Utility Permits
Effective January 1st, 2011, the Scott County Physical Development Department (formerly Public Works/Highway) is implementing an ePermitting application for Utility and Transportation/Moving permits. The ePermitting application is an electronic based permit in which an applicant submits a permit application through an online website. ePermitting will replace the paper applications currently being submitted. The ePermitting application is anticipated to provide more efficient, accurate processing and management of utility and moving permit applications for both Scott County and the users.
You are required to possess a user account to submit a Utility Right of Way or Transportation/Moving permit. Setting up a new user account is free. You must possess a valid email address to create a user account. It is recommended that you create one user account for your agency.
