Passport Applications and Photos are handled by the Customer Service Department (located on the first floor of the Government Center in Shakopee)
The Customer Service hours are:

from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. |

Thursday |
from 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. |
IMPORTANT: We do NOT accept Passport Applications past 30 minutes prior to closing time!
