Phase 1 Park Development Planning Underway
Located on the south shore of Cedar Lake near New Prague, the former Cedar Lake Farm and Day Resort property has been converted into Scott County’s newest regional park. Family and group picnicking, catered events, group camping, boat canoe/kayak rentals (Fri.-Sun.), swimming, and fishing are all possible at this picturesque site. Cedar Lake Farm Regional Park is operated under a partnership between Scott County and Three Rivers Park District and with on-site volunteer park caretakers.
Due to the lack of trails at Cedar Lake Farm, dogs are currently not permitted.
Catered Events and Picnic Reservations
The site offers a spectacular setting for a unique company picnic, outdoor wedding and reception, business retreat, or educational and recreational activities for groups of all ages and all occasions.
