Located on the south shore of Cedar Lake near New Prague, the former Cedar Lake Farm and Day Resort property has been converted into Scott County’s newest regional park. Family and group picnicking, catered events, group camping, boat canoe/kayak rentals (Fri.-Sun.), swimming, and fishing are all possible at this picturesque site. Cedar Lake Farm Regional Park is operated under a partnership between Scott County and Three Rivers Park District and with on-site volunteer park caretakers. Catered Events and Picnic Reservations
The site offers a spectacular setting for a unique company picnic, outdoor wedding and reception, business retreat, or educational and recreational activities for groups of all ages and all occasions. We recommend you visit the park well before your event date to explore the options you have to choose from.
Picnic Shelters:
Lakeside Pavilion
$150; Capacity 125; Sheltered
Includes 15-20 picnic tables and a catering kitchen with food preparation tables, sinks with hot/cold running water, and limited electricity; general use of the restrooms; small children’s play structure, fishing pier, lakeshore, and swimming beach. Oakridge Shelter

Cedarview Group Camp
$50 per night, firewood included
Overnight group camping is available for tenting only, with a capacity up to 50 people and a 5 night maximum.
