As a regional park implementing agency of the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area, Scott County Parks and Trails Department is responsible for the planning and development of its future regional park and trail system. Scott County Parks and Trails also coordinates trail planning with each city, township, Scott County Public Works, and other park agencies.
