Scott County has been updating its ordinances for consistency with 2030 goals and policies.  In 2010, a major review of the Subdivision Ordinance was completed with proposed revisions based on numerous discussions with the Planning Commission, Town Boards, and other stakeholders.  The County Board reviewed and held two public hearings on the proposed revisions before adopting the latest version of the Subdivision Ordinance in May 2011.
