Ordinance Violations

The Scott County Attorney’s Office is responsible for prosecuting Scott County ordinance violations occurring within the townships in Scott County. Examples of ordinance violations include outside storage of unlicensed, inoperable vehicles and solid waste on property, burning without a permit and operating a business on residential property without obtaining a conditional use permit.
