Fees

All offenders will be required to pay Jail Service fees for cost incurred during their incarceration in the Scott County Jail. Service fees include but are not limited to:

• Drug Screening fee
• Work Release fee
• Daily Housing fee
• Medical Co-payments
• Reimbursement for all medical and prescription costs

The Scott County Jail Service Fees are set annually by the Scott County Board of Commissioners.
