The City of Elko New Market has been approached by International Motorsports Entertainment Development Corporation (IMEDC) regarding the development of a motorsports facility in the Elko New Market area.

IMEDC presented their development concept to a joint meeting of the Elko New Market City Council, Planning Commission, Scott County Board of Commissioners and New Market Township Board on November 29, 2011.  The City of Prior Lake has posted the video - the presentation may be viewed by clicking here.
