The SCALE Regional Public Safety Training Facility is a newly opened training facility serving Scott and Carver counties along with the Minnesota River Valley Region. This premier training facility provides training opportunities for Law Enforcement, Firefighting and Public Works groups.

The Scott County Association for Leadership and Efficiency (SCALE) was formed in the spring of 2003 to encourage greater efficiencies and leadership in public service through enhanced communication, collaboration of services and sharing of resources.

The facility provides a variety of police and fire training opportunities in campus that opened in 2008. The construction of this facility reflects leadership and a commitment to training by the members.
