Work Description: Work includes removing the top 3 inches of bituminous, utility replacement, paving the top 3 inches with new bituminous, seal coating, ADA retrofits, and sign replacements.

Work Description: Work includes removing all existing bituminous, aggregate base cement stabilization, paving with 5 inches of new bituminous, sealcoating, and sign replacements.
CH 16: From 410 Feet East of Phillip Drive
Location: Shakopee
Work Description: The proposed work for this project includes removing an existing left turn lane and replacing it with a new concrete median. Also, as part of a development commitment, Scott County agreed to remove an existing left turn lane and median crossing along CH 16.
Purpose & Justification
This annual project is part of the Countywide pavement preservation program. Overlays are performed on a regular basis to preserve the initial paving investment and provide additional safety enhancements. Please drive with caution.
