Description:

Improving the safety and operations at the County Highway 8 and Trunk Highway 13 intersection in Spring lake and Cedar Lake Townships. The project will reconstruct the intersection as a single lane roundabout as part of the MnDOT Trunk Highway 13 pavement rehabilitation project. The two projects will be tied together and are programmed for construction in 2022.
   

Purpose & Justification:

 Safety and operational deficiencies will be best addressed with the reconstruction of the intersection as a roundabout.
