Join Val for a nourishing practice of movement, meditation, and concentrated breath work. This thoughtful flow allows students to check in with the hips, where we store our emotions, and connect with the heart space, where we process them. This style is accessible for all, whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen an existing practice. This program is taught online.
